If your account is terminated due to a terms violation, any bonus credit balance that has not met the rollover requirements will be forfeited. Valid cash balances will be processed in accordance with NH88's standard procedures once the investigation is complete.

NH88 strives to ensure the platform operates without interruption at all times; however, there are liability limits that all members should be aware of:

• NH88 is not liable for any losses arising from service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet infrastructure failures, natural disasters, or government actions.
• NH88 is not responsible for game outcomes affected by unstable internet connections on the user's end.
